I have an 80% with 15 attack that I'm divided on. I'll only use it for offense, but at the same time...

If I were in your shoes I'd wait for better IVs. If you can't for some reason secure another then powering up isn't a problem. Still bests Gengar and all

I was ready to max out if I caught- did catch but attack 11 84%. I plan to wait to see how the ex raid passes play out and see how rare they are. Will give time to collect dust. If it seems it will be a long time until we get more I'll roll with it and max out.

Wait a few weeks. EX raids are still only slowly rolling out. There will be more. There isn't any desperate need to power up right away unless you want to TM it to Psycho Cut/Shadow Ball to use against other Mewtwo raids.

level 39, first mewtwo...can't wait for you to post your should I level up this 96% mewtwo with 15 attack or this 98% with only 14 attack. Go harvest some dust next week, and maybe you can power up a dozen of your legendaries.

I transferred mine ... Wasn't a wonder. I kept the one from last week but haven't powered it up or used candies

Got mine at A10/D12/S10. Definitely going to wait to see if I can manage get another that isn't almost as bad as it could possibly be. Annoys me since I was the highest level player in the raid.
