Is it worth it to use a TM for my hyperbeam Dragonite?

3 of the 4 Dragonite I have evolved have Hyperbeam as a charged move. The other one has Dragon Pulse, now a legacy move. How much benefit would I gain by using a charge TM on one of them? I have 2 but am saving them for when I get an EX Raid pass. I'm level 37 btw and have plenty of quality attackers.

You can't go wrong with using a TM on a HyperBeam Dragonite.
Either of the possibilities are an improvement...and both desirable.

I did it myself, and don't regret it.

Agree. I changed all of mine (every dragon I ever evolved got Hyperbeam) with no regrets.

Hyperbeam will never be optimal for Dragonite, without STAB, and not being SE to anything.
Don't ever TM away Dragon Pulse. Some people have done it, but they are just short-sighted.

There is a good case for TM'ing Dragon Pulse. Currently, Outrage is better, and although it is always possible that Dragon Pulse gets buffed, you need to balance the utility gain of Outrage today against the potential benefit of a buffed DP in the future times the probability of it actually getting buffed. Trading may also occur, but who knows when and who knows how much value a DP Dragonite would even have.

A bird in the hand (Changing to Outrage today)...

Yeah, but all things being equal, I'd avoid using a TM on a DP dragon if I had comparable HB ones. First, instead of a 100% chance of getting O or hurricane, you introduce a 33% chance of getting HB (forcing you to use another TM). Second, there's always the possibility of a buff to DP down the line.

Using a charge TM on a Hyperbeam dragonite is one of the most obvious moves you can make. Yes or course, go for it.
