I would think was just a bragging post but you specified maxing. Would be helpful to know how many rare candies you have. I'm one of those that takes things to 30 currently. It's definitely worth taking to 30 if you have the rare candies left to do the same or max mewtwo. If you have the candies for both then congratulations! Whatever you decide to do with it, consider that you've got 2 more weeks of possible candies to get from raikou catches that aren't rare candies. I'd leave some room in your powering up to consider other raikou raids you might do for the next couple of weeks. Even just using free passes that's a possibility of 3-4 candies every day for the next 2 weeks. I guess I'm just saying yes power it up how you like but blowing all your rare candies might not be the best idea since you still have a chance at regular catch and release candies.
