What does a shiny pikachu look like?

There are stars in the background instead of dots. its a little more orange, and if you try to transfer it, it will ask if you are sure you want to transfer a shiny pokemon.

Looks like the shiny Pikachu has grey ear-tips instead of black like the regular.

Are people catching these in North America? We have a good number of Pikachu spawns here - I'm hoping I can eventually get one.

Also if you get one would you keep it as Pikachu or Evolve it to Raichu?
