picking a lineup for mewtwo

I've saved up 75K dust that I want to spend powering up something, and I dithering over what.

Option one is power a 6th tyranitar to lvl 30.

Option two is powering up a second lugia.

I think Mewtwo is going to hit like a truck, and there will be advantages to having the first team of 6 not have to be replaced. In the worst case mewtwo will have Focus Blast. In this case I think best lineup looks like:

Tyranitar B/C x 3 (or x 2)
Gyrados B/C x 2
Lugia DT/SA x 1 (or x 2)

Option three is forget the second lugia and power up a Lick/HB Snorlax. This will only take about 40K dust because the snorlax is already partially powered up, and then spend the other 30K making minor improvements in raid teams for the big cats.

Any suggestions?

Save dust for your first Mewtwo!

I guess mewtwo raid will be quite widely available till Dec. Therefore, I'd play the way I like it.

One lugia will be enough if it turns out working against FB mewtwo. For me, I'll have a sacrifice team and followed by a survival team for FB mewtwo. I don't think my first six mons could survive to defeat FB mewtwo.

i have 6 ttar (B/Cr 2 b/se) and some houndor, szior, gyrados and genralist to sub in if needed.

So saying i would save my dust until you find yourself short on a job.

Like most other raids it is likely to be more often about the numbers then anything else and as long as you can contribute well it's probably good enough and your first catch might be M2 with shadowball in which case it might be a more worthwhile power up then a 6th ttar at this stage of the game.

If you're worried about the FocusBlast match-up, then you need to prepare a Dragonite Squad (DT breakpoint lev 32.5 attIV15).
Gyarados performs underwhelmingly in simulations. Scizor does pretty well.
Snorlax is worse than Tyranitar vs FocusBlast.
