Power up snorlax or evolve dratini
I have a dratini that I caught, but want to evolve to dragonite or power up my snorlax with 93% iv and at level 30 with 2863 cp?
I have no access to dratini (need to drive an hour to the ocean to find them)
Question is should I walk the 625 km to volve or just forget about it and Max my snorlax?

625 km is a long way to walk. But if you bike <10km/h it may go in less than a month. However, you have to level it up as well!
It is much cheaper to level up the the Snorlax, but the gain after level 30 is diminishing.
Personally I would go for the Dragonite, but then I walk a lot and value a new one much more than a few hundred cp more on an old one.
I am not near the ocean but found more than one Dratini close to a Shell gas station. It must be a quirk in the way the game was set up. Water types also appear nearby especially Magicarp and Starmie.
My son caught a wild Dragonaire while riding on a monorail at Hershey Park, a long way from any water.
