High IV/Low CP and Low IV/High CP

IV-range for wild PKM is 0-15 each, making a gauss-alike-distribution for Sum-IV with a low propability of extreme good or extreme bad IVs.

IV-range for Egg-PKM is 10-15 each, therefore sum-IV is alwais over 66%, with higher propabilitys of IV > 80%, 85%, 90%, whatever. Only problem: Hatched PKM are never above level 20.

So it is quite expectable, that hatched PKM tend to be very good, and daily question "what is better - push lvl-20-PKM with High IV or level-27-PKM with low IV????" is boring, but reasonable.

I've been noticing for a while now that I seem to be getting a lot of pokemon with with their IVs mostly on the lower end of their possible values, including wild caught in the 0-7 range and eggs in the 10-12 range. Eggs used to always be in the 82%+ appraisal category, but now a lot are lower.

I have yet to get a "perfect" 0/0/0, but I've gotten a few really close recently.

There used to be a bug but it is now fixed and the stats should be completely random now.

I've not noticed a change. I caught two 'wonders' - not checked IVs yet - both 1000+ cp today (neither very useful admittedly...).

Also with 10 km eggs (especially with GOOD pkmn) it's getting dumb...my best hatches in the last month have been:
Dratini 75,6%
Snorlax 71%
Dratini 77,8%
