80 > 90+ IVs pokemon with worst moveset worth keeping ?

Clefable 98iv - zen headbutt / psychic
Machamp 80,93,98iv - bullet punch (for quick move)
Vileplume 80 & 84iv - razor leaf / moonblast

here what I think - i have many clefable with usable moveset so maybe going to discard her with that moveset.. 3 machamp and all of them got bullet punch for quick move , 2 stoneage 1 cross chop.. in the past i have 3 vileplume with exactly same moveset and got instant discard -_- not going to power-up this mons of course , but still worth in the bag ?

p.s = i may have more question in the feature so maybe i can use some opinion from you guys .

Unless the candy is rare I don't see the point in trading in. I'd hold in case a future change makes them more usable.

Vileplume for defending, against Dragonite, however, although it is rated C-class, Acid and moonblast is a great pair, but poorly moonblast has no STAB bonus.

Machamp 80/93/98 - 2094/1881/1644

Machamp is a perfect counter to lapras as long as it doesn't have bullet punch.

I would rename the low utility pokemons you mentioned above and put a "11" at the front. When Im low on potions or when my inventory gets too large I'll reorder my mons alphabetically and use the mons with the 11 at the front. fight then transfer fainted pkm afterwords.
The more common mons above can become useful at some point in the future but you will evolve more later anyways. Moveset and starting CP are more important than IV once the mon has been evolved so Id keep valuable movesets.
