Raid Glitch
Hey guys,
I just did a Lugia raid with 11 others. We came very close to beating it when my first six Pokémon all fainted. After attempting to rejoin the battle with my next six, I got an error message going something like "An error occurred trying to start a raid battle" and got kicked out of the raid and the gym. Meanwhile, the rest of the group finished the raid. When I re-entered the battle to try and catch the boss, I was taken back to the lobby instead to redo the battle, as if I was never part of my group that just beat it! I tried exiting and re-entering the gym and battle several times, but to no avail. However, I did get the rewards and the XP for the completion of the raid, just never got a chance to catch the boss. Everyone else in my group got their chance to catch it, while I looked on in disbelief.
Has anyone encountered the same glitch? Would it be worth submitting a ticket to Niantic for a reimbursement of some sort?

Just today, I was blown out of the game entirely while trying to re-enter the fight after having my first six die, with about 40 seconds left on the timer. It cost everyone their chance at another Lugia raid, as the group just barely lost, and the time on the raid had run out. It just plain sucked for everyone.
It happens to me every time my first group of attackers faint. I've never once been able to rejoin a raid with a 2nd group, so I always put a Blissey as my last attacker during any raid where I worry I might lose all six. I'm not looking forward to seeing how many Mewtwo raids screw me over that way.
