Zapdos iv distribution help

Looking for help on iv distribution when it comes to zapdos and which to power up assuming I don't find a better one. Candidates are below stats are listed A/D/S
1. 15/11.5/13.5 88.9%
2. 13/15/13 91%
3. 12/15/14 91%
I've caught 19 and these are my highest and I am most likely taking a break until birds are gone, I know most talk about breakpoints but that does depend on the defender also so most likely I'll take one to level 30 for now and maybe higher in the future ( I'm taking all legendaries to level 30). Which iv distribution in these cases is most attractive to power up I know it might seem insignificant but if I'm spending the dust and candy I want the "best" one I have.

i would choose the first one 15/11.5/13/5

i would probably go with the 15 one

which one has the highest cp?

the cp formula weighs attack higher then the other stats and is probably a good guide in general as to the power up value of a mon (on high base stat mons)
