Stop using them especially since you have used 6. Charge TM are a commodity other than Fast TM's I have abou 30 and I just use them to go back and forth for my Snorlax, Blissy depending if I want to defend or attack. T-Tars will be great against MewTwo, hell even a Snorlax with Lick and Hyperbeam will out damage a Lugia just keep that in mind.
Should I keep charge TMing this Lugia?
So I finally caught a 90% lugia after my other 7 catches were 70-84%. As you can expect I was pretty happy especially as it was Atk 15.
It came with the moveset of E/HP. For Mewtwo I was hoping to change this to Sky Attack, after 6 charge TMs switching between HP & FS it's got me thinking whether it's honestly worth carrying on or should I just power up a lower IV lugia which has Sky Attack already. Any thoughts?

I wouldn't bother using more than 1 to change Charge TM moves, unless you are swimming in them...
I got the same Lugia (E/HP) and also got another great 90%+ one with E/FS so I am tempted to just try once and if it's FS again, so be it...
Can still get more with 1 more week of raids...but with all raid rewards nerf due to potions, it's always wise to use all resources sparingly (like golden razz don't drop as much).
There is a school of thought on using Lugia as an anchor for Mewtwo, isn't there? In this case, I think DT/SA would be ideal so you avoid giving NVE damage while tanking everything Mewtwo could throw at you other than Shadow Ball. That same moveset would be useful against Alakazam (or other future psychic type raid bosses).
The previous isn't an opinion so much as a question. I have several E/SA Lugias and am toying with the idea of changing one to DT/SA for that purpose.
How do you catch a 90% Lugia or any 90% mon?
The closest percentage is either 88.9% or 91.1%. That would round to 89% or 91%. So if you say you have a 90% it could actually be either 88.9 or 91.1 so nobody knows which you're talking abuot. Heck why not round 86.7% up to 90% as well since there's no difference.
lol i'm just messin with ya. One of my pet peeves.
