Best moveset for Exeggutor for attacking Machamp??
Soo my mission atm is to try and solo either a Machamp or Vaporeon raid since they're the easiest to do of the tier three raids, so I hear. I have a 2445cp Exeggutor that I want to use for attacking Machamp mainly, but also wouldn't mind being able to use him for Vaporeon raiding too. It has Confusion/ Psychic.
My first question is, what is the optimal moveset for attacking Machamp? Obviously Machamp is weak to psychic so you'd think this answer was obviously C/P like I have, buut Solar Beam is supposed to be one of the best attacks in the game and would still benefit from STAB if not type advantage against Machamp. So which is better for attacking into Machamp, C/P or C/SB?? Or no difference?
I ask firstly bc I want to give myself the best attack against Machamp, but also bc if SB is at least as good as P or better against Machamp then I would like to switch to the grass move so that I can use my Exeggutor against Vaporeon as well.
So my second question is, if I switched the charge move to Solar Beam to give myself C/SB would this be good enough to use in a Vaporeon raid also or would only two grass moves be good enough to warrant using Exeggutor against Vaporeon??
Basically I have one good Exeggutor then a few lvl 20s but not the stardust to power them up! If I could use my 2445cp Exeggutor for both Machamp and Vaporeon raids that would be ideal! But is it possible?

There's a <5% difference between the two, however, when soloing raid bosses you want to maximize your advantage rather than reduce it.
The answer to your question will strongly depend on the make up of the rest of your teams.
Edit: C/P is best for Machamp and C/SB is best for Vape, but the difference as I said is <5%.
Tell the board about your Dragonites, Espeons, and Alakazams they will need to be included if you have one Exeggutor that is good enough. Some moveset situations C/SoB pretty close to C/P*** To me C/SoB looks fine against BP/HS; BP/C; and C/CC. The other 3 movesets C/P has a pretty noticeable advantage over C/SoB b/c a few seconds matter so much
I'd vote confusion/solar beam.
With that you're scoring 100/100 again vaporeon and at least 95/100 for machamp (Solar beam). That's better than scoring 70/100 on vaporeon and 100/100 on Machamp (Psychic)
I have two such creatures with confusion/solar and they perform wonders especially on the vaporeon raid (I have better options for machamp now), but I have used them for Machamp before and they are amazing.
Devshaw is correct about those other mons. I have 5 mons that I think are good enough for a solo Machamp but I am missing a good Dragonite. My team is

I need a charge TM to get rid of my Dragonite HB for either 0 or H and I think that should be enough.
