Which Venusaur to power up? (if any)

Since all the starter evolutions are so cool imo (and I haven't got Blastoise or Charizard yet) I've been thinking about powering up one of my two Venusaur, but I don't know if either of them is worth it. Here are their stats:

1477 CP, 84% IV (12/15/11), Razor Leaf + Petal Blizzard
1449 CP, 93% IV (13/15/14), Razor Leaf + Solar Beam

They're already nice Vape-counter attackers, although Razor Leaf is such a slow move. Haven't tried them as gym defenders yet because of the low CP.

Any suggestions?

Razor leaf is far inferior to Vine Whip when attacking, although they'll both make key defenders (especially now that all other grass pokemon are so nerfed, Venusaur should be more valuable on defense).

I'd go with the 93% one. Excellent IVs. The moveset lends itself to both attack and defense (solar beam for finishing move on attack, razor leaf for defense). Although if you've evolved two Venusaur maybe you see a lot of Bulbasaur? Trying a third time to get Vine Whip may be worthwhile if you can get the candy and just evolve a higher level one from the start (although you'll hate it if you get another RL or a VW/Sludge).

Definitely disregard the rl/pb. The best part of venusaur is taking down vaporeons! Not defending. I've got a rl/sb that I used for quite a while until I got a VW/sb.

The damage difference wasn't really noticeable but it sure is nice having a quicker move. It's a big gamble going for another one. In the end it's up to you, but yours will already do well.

Neither are currently worth powering up. Better off to save your candy and try another evolution.
