I'm level 28 and I've hatched around 20x 10km eggs. So you are probably just unlucky, how many km's have you walked?

Well, more then 100 km. When I play on my friends account I always find 10 km eggs ...

Gotta remember though that levels 0-20 takes about the same amount of xp as level 26-27 so the level is a little misleading. I have walked around 230km

Level 21 here, got only 3 10km eggs (around lvl 20) over 60 total eggs. Just unlucky I guess.

What is your Team? I heard Team Mystic has the best luck at finding Pokemon (and I assume eggs).
