Best Dragonite movesets

I just did some simulations on Pokebattler with 2 level 35 Dragonites vs a level 39 P/HB Blissey, and I noticed something totally shocking.
SW/HB Dragonite defeated Blissey faster than DT/O Dragonite! SW/HB even had more HP left.
Am I missing something, or have SW and HB been buffed?

DT/HB takes 79.5s tho.

Outrage is just so horribly slow attack that you can fit in quite a few dragon tails or steel wings for H or HB.

Just the unbearable slowness made me switch to hurricane. Even if it does slightly less damage overall on non ideal targets.

1st of all it´s a simulation
2.nd if you go against anything other than Blissey DT/O will be better.
And if Blissey has Zen-Headbut + Dazzling Gleam DT/O is also better.
Its probably just this one matchup where SW/HB is better by 2sec.
