Power-up or Save stardust for Moltres and Zapdos?

And this is my pokemons which i thinking about power up to lvl 30 (everyone has 20 lvl):
Espeon C/FS
Alakazam PS/FS
Machamp C/DP
Typlosion E/O
Gengar H/SB
Jynx FB/A
Is it worth it to power-up? Actually i have 2 good moltres;
1. 1823cp lvl20 iv 37/45 FS/O
2. 1853cp lvl20 iv 42/45 FS/HW (i trying to get Charge TM)

Machamp and Espeon. You have a good Flareon, but I will support anyone powering up a high IV Moltres.
Edit: Which clearly is the second one.

What's your goal? Do you need attackers for legendary raids, solo normal raids, or it's just for gym contest?

I think you are well set for normal gym play. But you are missing 1-2 pokemon to help you out with level 5 raid (none on the list, I'm afraid). In this scenario I would save for zapdos which may become really useful against future Ho-ho raids

P.S. Also feel free to max out your 100% tyranitar ;)
