Which TMs to use?

I can use one fast TM and one charge TM:
Alakazam: CP 1649 - 15/15/15 - C/FB
Espeon: CP 2517 - 11/15/13 - C/P
Piloswine: CP 1737 - 13/15/13 - PS/SE
Rhydon: CP 3041 - 14/12/13 - MS/SE

I don't really need anything per se. I have good teams for the current legendaries. I'm looking to prepare for future legendaries and Gen III

Seeing that "I don't really need anything" statement, I'd opt for Alakazam since he's 100IV and all possible movesets after TM will be better than his current moves.

That's what my gut was telling me. The only reason I was hesitating is because I have these other 3 Alakazam:

CP 2549 15/12/14 PC/P
CP 2451 15/11/15 C/FS
CP 2198 15/13/13 C/SB

The Piloswine is the only one I have. I think I've ruled out Espeon (I already have a high CP C/FS) and Rhydon (I already have two high CP MS/E). I guess I'm the king of indecision.

Charged TM Espeon, the worst you can get is the best defensive moveset.

Alakazam.

I would say the Alakazam too, since it's a 100% IV.
The Espeon (unless you live in a Eevee poor area) is easy to evolve another one since 10K isn't that far. Same with Piloswine, I would just shop for another one instead of wasting TMs. I won't think of touching the Rhydon, since it has a good moveset right now.
