dragonite hurricane

I think niantic should make hurricane a two bar move in that way a dragonite with DT/H will become a beast what you guys think?

It's a beast already...

A Dragonite with DT/H is already a beast. DT/O is even more deadly.
Edit: I posted this without seeing the comment above. For some reason I couldn't see it, and it only appeared after I posted this.
