Pass returned if you don't fight

Hello. Today i was in a group for a raid, and someone said that if we buy the entrance for the raid, but if for some reason, we never actually battle (for instance, not enough players) the raid pass is later returned.

Do you guys know if that is true?

Pretty sure its not.

Youvspend your pasd to get access to the raid. After that point the pass is spent, regardless of what you do, or dont do with the raid

It's most definitely not true. You spend the pass to go into the lobby and don't get it back.

It isn't true. GPS drift took me to a moltres raid, I used a pass, got booted out before battling, and lost the pass.

No the raid pass will not be returned. You lose the pass completely when you use it to enter the lobby, then you get to battle the boss until you either beat it, the raid ends or you give up. But in no case is the pass returned

Nope...with Niantic, you can use something you pay for and get nothing in return.
..and there is nothing you can do about it, no matter how hard you try.

That's what I thought. Thanks guys. And, btw, the current system it's bulshit. I hope they change this soon, otherwise they are just playing the scumbag card.

And this is probably playing against Niantic, because people will just avoid using a pass if they are not sure someone else is also there.
