Level 36 Trainer (40k XP away from 37)
I have enough candies for all listed but want to limit my Dust investment (~300k)
Which ones are good investments?
1) Golem - Lvl 20, 91% (13/14/14) - MS/EQ
* I have two Lvl 34 Golem RT/SE, two Lvl 31 T-Rex B/SE, and two Lvl 31 Rhydon (MS/SE and MS/EQ)
2) T-Rex - Lvl 20, 91% (13/15/13) - B/FB (have Charged TM)
* I have three Lvl 31 T-Rex (two with B/SE, 93% and 89%, and the other with B/C, 91%)
3) Piloswine - Lvl 20, Perfect - IS/AV
* I know it has a Gen 4 evolution so I'd like to know about the interim. Have various Ice monsters already
4) Machamp - Lvl 20, 89% (14/13/13) - BP/CC (have Fast TM)
* Have one Lvl 32, 89% with C/DP and two Lvl 30 (both 78%, one with C/DP, other has C/CC)

Golem: I would personally only do double rock golems and go for Rhyhorn for ground attacks. If you TM him to rock moves that would be a good one, but would be better with 15 attack.
Tyranitar: Just an awesome legendary attacker in general. Good choice, but again 15 attack would be better.
Piloswine: Safe investment given Mamoswine, but probably not very urgent.
Machamp: If you are still doing lots of level 4 raids this would be good, otherwise you look set for Machamps.
