Thoughts on post-buff Jynx?

Jynx has always been a decent alternative for training against smaller Dragonites without Steel Wing. I've also used it as a backup trainer in gyms with more Exeggutors than I had Parasects at the proper level. Both those uses require Frost Breath+Ice Punch. There are better more common psychic attackers, so I transfer any other moveset.
