I have 38 Fast TMs and 30 Charged TMs which are taking up bag space. I want to use some of them, but I don't want to spend stardust.

These are the pokes that I am considering using TMs on. They are all at or above level 30.

Basically, I'm wondering which of these options would be worth doing, even for a very small improvement.

I'm hoping to completely optimize my raid teams. Also, I don't have to shoot for a perfect moveset, even just using some Fast TMs would be good.

Blissey: P/P = ZH/DG (or best defensive moveset)

Charizard: WA/FB = FS/OH

Charizard: E/FB = FS/OH

Charizard: E/FT = FS/OH

Cloyster: FB/B = FB/A

Cloyster: IS/HP = FB/A

Exeggutor: BS/SeB = BS/SoB

Golem: RT/RB = RT/SE

Gyarados: B/HP = B/C (for HP Lugia and FB Mewtwo)

Jolteon: TS/DC = TS/TB

Lapras: IS/IB = FB/B

Poliwrath: B/DP = RS/DP

Primeape: KC/LS = C/CC

Vaporeon: WG/AT = WG/HP

I wouldn't change:
Blissey - This doesn't seem like a high priority.
Charizard - Wing Attack
Charizard - Flamethrower. Maybe fast TM for FS/FT.
Lapras - IS/IB. Getting rid of legacy Ice Shard seems short sighted even if best defensive moves are not as important anymore.
Primeape - ... is this usable?

With that amount of TM's, why not just do all of them. You obviously have easy access to raid groups or you wouldn't have that many TM's. You will almost certainly aquire TM's at a far faster rate than you can find decent targets for them. So just go ahead do whatever takes your fancy.

Blissey:
Pound/Psychic = Pound + DG or HB

Charizard:
WA/FB = WA + DC or Overheat
E/FB = FS + Overheat or AS + DC

Primeape:
KC/LS = KC + CC

Others, probably not worth TMs.

Dude... Why suggest DC? No STAB. Dragon counter? There are kore viable options for that. Just... Why?

Charizard with Ember/Flamethrower:
An OK combination of a legacy moveset.

Cloyster with FB/Blizzard:
Blizzard isn't far behind Avalanche.

Cloyster with IS/HP:
Put that beast in gyms.

Exeggutor with SeB:
Still OK, not worth the risk of getting Psychic.

Golem with RT/RB:
Why do you want to change the best moveset?

Gyarados with Bite/HP:
No, Gyarados raids will probably come soon.

Jolteon with TS/Discharge:
Still OK, not worth the risk of getting Thunder.

Lapras with IS/IB:
Articuno outclasses Lapras on offense.
Lapras is still a great gym defender.

Poliwrath with Bubble/DP:
Easier to dodge with Bubble, which is also not far behind.

Vaporeon with WG/AT:
Great for dodging, if you need DPS, simply evolve another Eevee.

Blissey: Just use a charge TM. P/HB is the best offensive moveset. If you get DG, then use a fast TM.
Charizard: Never use a TM on WA or FT. Just use a fast TM on E/FT, if you get AS use another to get FS.
Cloyster: Don't change the fast moves, and keep legacy Blizzard. Just change HP.
Exeggutor: That moveset is great for dodging. Keep it.
Golem: Don't take the risk of getting Earthquake. RB isn't far behind SE anyway.
Gyarados: Keep it. Even against psychics, HP is almost as good as Crunch.
Jolteon: DC is great too. Although it does less damage than TB for the same duration per use, it uses less energy each time.
Lapras: KEEP IT! That is a legacy move, many people wished they had one from last time, don't ever throw the moveset away! I have one with those moves, but unfortunately it has 0 attack IV.
Poliwrath: If you use Poliwrath against normal types or Tyranitars, do it.
Primeape: Is that even relevant? Just solo a Machamp in a raid and you will get a much better fighting mon.
Vaporeon: Keep it. AT is great for dodging, and does more damage per energy than HP.

Thanks all!

I know some moves are "almost as good" but I'm hoping to burn through some of these TMs (I'll save a few for Zapdos, etc, but I raid a lot so they keep coming in).

So are these movesets objectively better for raiding, even just marginally?

Exeggutor: BS/SeB = BS/SoB
Golem: RT/RB = RT/SE
Gyarados: B/HP = B/C (for HP Lugia and FB Mewtwo)
Jolteon: TS/DC = TS/TB
Vaporeon: WG/AT = WG/HP

With that many TMs stored up you obviously have access to good raid groups and unless you feel that's suddenly going to change, you'll keep stocking up with them. So with that in mind, go wild and change anything you want to.

I'm in the centre of London where it's pretty easy to get TMs, I'm just using them as I go along. It's been great fun turning old mediocre Pokemon into perfect battling critters.
