I'm trying to improve my team, because I think I'm lacking some firepower in some pokemon types. I currently have 1 fast TM + 2 charge TM and ~950K stardust.
Here is what I have:
Jolteon/Vaporeon/Flareon (around 15 of each, with multiple moves combination):
Vaporeon: average CP 2300
Flareon: average CP 2150
Jolteon: average CP 2000

I know that Tyranitar it's a top choice against many of the raid bosses, but not sure if I should use 2 TMs on it, or try to raid one from a gym (it can be difficult, as everyone is focus on legendary raids).
Where should I invest?
Also, as level 34 player, do you think it's worth buying a lucky egg, to evolve some pidgey, etc. During this event? Is there anything else besides being able to evolve pokemons higher?
