Wich fire pokemon to power up?

I want a class-b fire type pokemon... Without taking into account Flareon, Charizard and Arcanine... wich one ll you power up?
Magmar? Ninetales? Rapidash?

All fire type are already class B, Magmar, Rapidash and Ninetales are C or maybe even D, i don't think it's worth spend dust on pokemon like they. But if you really want, go with Ninetales.

Based on stats Rapidash and Magmar are almost the same. Ninetales on the other hand has a much lower attack stat but is stronger on defense.
