Powering up Golem for legendaries

Since legendaries have been officially confirmed, I have decided that it's time to power up my 96% Golem with RT/SE. I already have a Tyranitar, Scizor, and Houndoom ready.

As I have other candidates that I would like to strengthen (legacy Gengar, 100% Exeggutor with double grass, possibly my other Tyranitar) and not a lot of dust (around 250k) should I power up my Golem to level 30 or past it?

Also, is 1 Golem not enough? I have 2 other candidates that I could power up as well if needed.

Golem 14/13/14 (91.1%) lvl 20 with RT/SE
Golem 13/15/15 (95.6%) lvl 18 with RT/RB

The Golem mentioned in the first post is at lvl 20 with IV's of 15/13/15 (95.6%).

I don't think so, Golem is better as rock attacker than Tyranitar and rock will be great against many things in the future (legendary birds, Dragonite, Lugia..)

Level 30 should be fine. I would save the rest of the Stardust for other mons to make a balanced team. Tbh, for high DPS, I'd prob also prep a lv 30 Jolteon or Ampharos (much rarer, but better durability). Omastar isn't terrible either in some legendary matchups.
