Do you have the new tracker?

Was just on the app about 5 minutes ago and notices that my sightings cleared. Right as that happens I get a picture from my friend showing that he now has access to the "San Francisco" tracker. I live in San Diego but I'm curios if this appears to have happened globally or not. Anyone else have the update?

Just checked up here in Portland, OR, and I have the new tracker UI as well... must be an unannounced bonus from Niantic!
