There are two ways that can save you the trouble of manually typing. One is that the dear GamePress lords will see this post and contact you and send you the spreadsheet, which I think is highly unlikely. The other is that you write a script of web crawling to scratch and extract the data of every Pokémon.

Is there a spreadsheet with all of gamepress' grades?
I have my own excel spreadsheet on my laptop, and would like to incorporate gamepress' grades for the different movesets for my pokemon, but it's a lot of work to write down the grades for each moveset for every single pokemon.
Does anybody know if there's a spreadsheet available?
