I am missing my Seadra army could demolish Dragonite army on gym

I love Seadra. I made the mistake to evolve my last one (wonder, high IV) into Kingdra which frankly is ugly and even got two Water type moves. I want to devolve him!

Dragon/Ice Seadras were the best to prestige, or simply take out, Dragons. Kept all mine with high CP, and none water movesets

I think there were many better options than Seadra, so I never used them.

There were; but prestiging was as much about using the right CP as the right mon. There were a couple times were my Seadra was in the CP range that I was trying to use and my Cloyster and Lapras we're not.
