Scyzor 13/11/12 Worth to evolve to Scizor??

AFTER ALL THIS TIME I FINALLY GET A METAL COAT... My best Scyther is a 13/11/12 at (0% of IV.... Its worth to spend the metal coat in this buddy? In my town for now the only way to get a better IV Scyther is in a 5 km egg... What do you thinks guys

Do you have a good supply of candies? I ask because if you don't have enough for an evolve and a power up afterward (if you get the right moves) I would be patient.

But Scizor is pretty cool... :)
