A question about HP IV

Hey, guys.

I have a Dragonite Atk 15, Def 15, HP 9 and I'd like to know the following:

In comparison to a HP 15 Dragonite, the difference between mine (hp 139) and the perfect one (hp 144) is 5 considering both at level 30. Does it really make a big difference in a battle or it is irrelevant?

In raids it doesn't make much difference, attack stat is much more important.
For CP (which doesn't matter anymore), (ATT/DEF/STA) 15/09/15 will have higher CP than 15/15/09, because Dragonite has a higher base defence than stamina.

The 5 extra HP might let the perfect one take an extra quick move hit in some situations, but since it's dragonite, that's typically irrelevant.
