Ash's hat for the avatar instead of Pikachu

Meanwhile, I just want a normal Pikachu. I hope pichu hatched from eggs won't come with the hat after the event. Would keep a female Raichu with a hat though since it would make up for the missing tail tip.

Someone else posted the idea that catching a Pikachu with a hat should unlock that hat for the player to wear. That would have been a really interesting and clever way to distribute promotional avatar accessories.
