Rapidash & Parasect (vs raid bosses)

Parasect's attack stat is too low and fs on Rapidash doesn't help at all. I would use Sandslash before Rapidash.

They're terrific if there's a lot of you or if a good trainer can gift you the raid boss.

Edit: we are talking about tier 2 bosses? Lol well damn. Yeah they're great just don't spend on them.

I've found you can pretty much solo any Level 2 raid bosses with four Lv 20 supreme or good counters. Once you are Lv 20 yourself, you can hatch most of what you need. So if you have a good enough Rapidah or Parasect, you could use them, but they aren't worth powering up. (In the case of rapidash, I imagine a Flareon would be pretty easy to come by).
