Buddy for Dex entry

I changed from chancey to larvitar, and i will probably change to dratini soon. I don't buddy pokemon that have nests, if i need that mon i just go to a nest and catch as many as i want, but i'm a big city player with many differents biomes and more than 50 nests within a 30min trip so, if you live i a city with very few nests and oddish are as rare as chancey might be worth it.
Do you have porygon2, tyranitar, dragonite, ampharos or blissey? they might be better options. there is a lot of more competitive rare mons them vileplume

My buddy for several weeks had been Mareep. I don't yet have Ampharos but opted to walk Togepi instead since it's only 3 km. Rare candies now going to Mareep. All just for the last 2 dex entries. Well besides Miltank and the other "unreachables" but that's a different story.

I switched to Rhyhorn since the gym rework, because I don't have a good Rhydon and they are great for doing raids. Also I could use the candy to power up a raid Rhydon.

I used to, but now that I've got everything except Unown, Regionals and Legendaries I'm switching between Larvitar and Dratini. I used to have Chansey, but now that Blissey is mostly useless where I live I don't bother. I did add another Espeon last week, but for the most part Larvitar.
