Pretty much worthless right now but it may be OP when breeding comes.

It has 615CP and 79 hp on lvl 30. How can it breed if breeding comes, never used him for a breeding in pokemon games?

Basically Ditto can breed with anything and there are ways to pass down IVs (as well as everything else). Even if Go gets breeding there's no way to know just how jerky the mechanics will be. Still a gold star keeper right there!
