TM or no TM?

So I caught this guy this morning. I have two Charge TMs I've been saving. Should I use it on him?

Additional info:
I already have an 87% DT/O 3035CP and an 82% DT/H at about 2200CP (which I caught at Level 10 and have been slowly powering up).

Other options for the TM:
100% Golem RT/AP (Level 20)
82% Lapras IS/DP (Level 30)
82% Eggs BS/SeB (Level 30, I do not have a SoB Eggs)

I wouldn't. You have 2 better dragonites and dragonite could be a raid boss soon. If u don't have a double rock golem I strongly suggest using at least one on him (stone edge ideal but rock blast is solid too).

I would actually keep RT/AP in case of move changes...I wouldn't use the TM for any of the others neither...and just get more Golems if possible (easy if you're in the desert).

I got a 97% RT/EQ -> RT/SE and a 91% RT/SE...Just keep getting more and more...I actually wanted RT/RB on the 97% in case of move changes.

TMs are too rare for me (I haven't gotten 1 in 11 days) to use them to get the ideal moves...esp if the risk is a worst charge move (I have 90%+ Espeons with C/Psybeam and ZH/Psychic...) Just trying to get more mons.

i would use it on the Exeguttor and maybe on lapras (hydropump would be bad)
Golem with ancient power is not bad, move is legacy and can change to something better.
Wouldnt use it on the dragonite till you have more tms.
