New Min IV of hatched Pokémons?

I just hatched a Snorlax and thought, great, a 80+% IV Snorlax. But sadly the calculator gave me 71 % IV (06-12-14).

EDIT: Sorry turned out to be due to a typo in the first calculation that interestingly gave no error and one single result. What are the ods.

The minimum for each IV on hatched Pokémon has always been 10.

Well, tell that to my Snorlax that got HP IV of six.

Min ivs didn't change. Since launch, any hatched Pokémon can have ivs ranging from 10-15 in each stat, so the monimum Iv Pokémon you can receive is 66.7% (30/45 ivs). You haven't hatched a single Pokémon since launch that has had a second tier appraisal?

This is true for raid bosses as well.

Also the calculated ivs must be incorrect, it's 06 stat (attack?) is at least 10.

If they had second tier, then they had 81, someting. Ques it was just luck. But the Snorlax now got an HP IV of six. Which is out of the [10;15] range.

Oh, you're right. Just recalculated the values and got better looking ones now. Must have mistyped something earlier but still got on single result. Interesting how that happend.
