Would you TM a B/DP Poliwrath?

Looking to improve my rather weak fighting squad. I have a 80% IV L30 Poliwrath with Bubble and Dynamic Punch. It's an A rated moveset, but would it make sense to TM Bubble to Rock Smash instead to make her a pure fighter? The main purpose would be to use her in raids against Tyranitar, Snorlax, Lapras and possibly upcoming Blissey.

I do have a nice stash of fast TM's (charge TM's are a different story) so I could spare one. I'm just wondering if the difference is big enough and if she would see much use anyway, as there are other weaknesses to exploit on those raid mon than just fighting.
