Who owns Unown?

It is so rare, encountering it by pure chance is ... well, I think it might happen to some people. I got alerted through the local WhatsApp list that one had appeared not far from me. It was late, I actually was in the process of shutting down all running apps for the night. Back into clothes, into the car, and I caught it with two minutes left on the clock.

I'm in the same boat, I've even gotten two regionals from outside my region (thank biz trip). But no Unown.

I have never seen one, not even on the radar. I got almost all Pokemons exept regionals and some final evolutions. Playing every day.

Unowns spawn frequently in my city. Problem is you have to be part of a twitter group to know where and when they spawn as they can spawn at like 3am.
