Any upcoming moveset rebalancing?

So after the first major moveset change (the one where Gyarados got Dragon Breath removed amongst other things), had there been any more 'balancing' of moves?

I was really happy to evolve a Machamp, 2132 CP, with Karate Chop/Cross chop. I was really excited to use it against a Lapras/Snorlax. However, Karate Chop is just so pitiful that I just gave up and switched back to Arcanine/Dragonite for my Lapras and Snorlax duty. Even my 2106 CP Vaporeon can kill the Snorlax faster without super effective fighting damage. Same story for Arcanine v Lapras, (though he's at 2.3k CP)

Is Karate Chop going to be buffed? Or is it going to be as useful as the giants like Twister and Icy Wind?

its not the moves that make many mons unusable, its mainly of their hp, and slightly att and def stats

A rebalance would likely be along with gen 2 release or shortly after when an OP mon or move pops up.

A magikarp's fast attack always do 0 + 1 damage, no matter DEF and ATK.
