Finally, after almost 1 year...

I know, some people will argue that his IVs are not that great, but I'm so happy to have caught one double fighting moves Machamp! (After 9 unsuccessfull evolutions). I got him on a lvl 3 raid with some friends this afternoon. Still no TM after 34 raids but I'll keep trying... ;-)

I just wanted to share my catch with you as I've spent a lot of time on this forum during the past few months, and everyone has already been kind to help and share nice stuff.

He's 84% IVs (ATT: 13, DEF: 13, STA: 12). Would you power him up until lvl 30 or would you try to get another one with better IVs?

As someone who still doesn't have a double fighting move Machamp (4 evolutions) I would say be proud and power him up.

I have 1 charge TM I am thinking of using on an 87% Machamp in order to get double fighting. I have higher IV Machamps but even worse movesets that would require using both TMs.

So I will have to be happy with an 87% one. I'm level 36.5 and still don't have a double fighting Machamp. At this point I would be happy with anything over 82%.

Considering how scarce TMs are for me (not a single one in 34 raids...), I think I'll go ahead and power him up.

No TM after 34 raids sounds terrible. Are many of those level 4 raids? I have gotten almost all of my TM's from level 4 raids. Nothing from level 1 and 2 raids and maybe one or two from level 3 raids, as far as I remember.

9 lvl 4, 12 lvl 3, 11 lvl 2 and 2 lvl 1.

This afternoon, we managed to do 2 lvl 3 (Machamp and Jolt) - pretty easy, 1 lvl 2 (a friend needed Eggy so we did it with him) and we failed on our last one, a Lapras ;-( Was too hard with only 3 people.

Considering the amount of stardust that you have, I would say powering him up to 30 wouldn't be an overkill. He would certainly have his uses, so why not?

Nothing wrong with powering him up really and congrats. I had a similar situation of no fighting Machamps and now have six thanks to raids and one TM. Waiting wouldn't be a bad move either.
