Delay when starting raid battles

Depends mostly on your phone.
I have a zenfone2 (one of the worst for po go) and get about 15 seconds delay.

I mentioned this before, but I get this all the time...usually 27 secs delay...funny everyone is tapping madly and I have to wait...(actually, not really funny, but sad...only funny we still do the most damage in a raid battle with others while losing those 27 secs)...

I am already on the auto-network provided time/date...Using old Note 3 (really need a new phone).

I had this problem, but it was fixed when I set my phone time to automatic (under date and time), have you tried this?
