Question 1:
Is Hydropump or Aquatail better for Vaporeon? Hydropump is better for raw damage, but Aquatail is 3 bar with cooldown almost as short as Dragon Claw, which allows for easier dodging and reduces overcharging.

I'm considering maxing out the 93% and 95% AT ones.
I also have a WP Vape I'm considering TMing. CP 2384, IV 80 (14/10/12).
I dont have the feeling I need the extra power when attacking (maybe now with raiding Tyranitar) but I feel more of a need for that extra power in fighting type mons
and defending; Well my vape got stuck 6 days after the gym change. Bunch of comedians gave it berries. No need for anyting high CP in gyms atm. Whait 1-2 weeks for any gym changes.
You can easily attack very effectively with AT and it is a much much better move for defense (for WHEN they fix the gyms). I'm a fan of the comparison you made with dragon claw when attacking. DB/DC on a dragonite is just bae! WG/AT on a vape, same deal. Really makes dodging nice, and with all this lag in raids it'll make it less likely you'll be caught stuck in your super when you need to dodge.
