I think Extrasensory is better than both for both eps and Dogibility. It also allows for a better Generalist and doesn't limit him to Ground/Rock/Water types.

Definitely like confusion better. Once you lvl him up he hits hard.

Yes at the moment BS is the best quick move against Vaporeon, but I am very careful with spending dust now so I didn't power my eggy past lvl 30 which is enough for the solo raid.
