1st Charge TM - Dragonite

I used one of each, I'm sitting on two of each. The only thing I really wanted to change was my 100% Hitmontop to CLOSEcombat, got it first try. I didn't really need to change Houndoom to Snarl, however she's one of my oldest mons, great IVs, and other than an Umbreon my only double dark attacker.

I used 2 TMs and also just maxed out my DT/O 97% Dnite too...

Reason being is even though SE is more damaging, not everyone has 6 ideal counters so if you don't, Dragonite can always be used as your 6th man in a lot of raid battles simply due to a higher attack stat and high DPS moves...

This is all assuming you don't have anything else pressing to use the TMs on...

Like I don't really want to burn a TM of Flareon or Espeon at this point due to ease to obtaining those...

Although Dragonites are no longer the #1 DPS for every matchup anymore, they are still strong attackers.

I see it like an attacking Snorlax. It's not the best at any matchup but it's good for filling your 6 slots when you don't have the best counters, or at least not 6 of them.
