Wild Snorlax capture rate reduce?

this morning found a wild snorlax, damp difficult to catch, last time similar CP is orange circle, now is red circle. anyone can confirm this?

The IVs might be different.

The red circle one probably had a lower IV than the orange one.

Level and IVs all affect the CPs.

Yeah, that's what I always found funny - If a mon "felt" harder to catch, it usually was crap.
The hard math behind confirms it, you subconsciously base your catch expectations on CP, but to match given CP, crappier mon needs to be higher level and thus worse catch rate...

According to gamepress it did. I found a lvl 29 snorlax yesterday, it wasn't so hard to catch, but it was yesterday.
