Golem: Rock vs Ground moves

I have a very high IV Golem with MS + EQ. Would you leave it as it is or TM it until it gets RT + SE?

RT + SE used to be widely considered as the best Golem moveset, but MS + EQ is now becoming more useful with the introduction of boss raids (A lot of super effective match ups with double ground moves).

Thoughts? Thx.

Rhydon is better than Golem if you want a ground attacker

However regarding to your question, unless i dont have anything to use the TM, i would if i needed or wanted to have a rock attacker because as rock attacker golem is pretty solid but needs both quickmove and charge move rock attacks

and have to take into consideration your biome, in mines i can farm geodudes so easily that i would just try to get a rock golem insteand of using a TM on him, especially when i haven received a single tm in 10 raids

Keep it man. Why waste 2 tms, get another golem. Double ground hsd its uses.

Double rock beats MS/EQ any day.

Dragonite, Gyarados, Muck, Weezing and Arcanine all vulnerable to him.

If you have 1 ground and 1 rock move, change the ground move to rock.
If you have 2 ground moves, just use it as a ground attacker in raids.

use fast TM on it now. Wait for Charge Tm for latter (legendaries???) or if you lack 1-2 seconds to solo a lvl 3 fire boss.
