Catching Muk

Had the same problem. Spent 13 balls, couldn't catch it either. Having another go another day.

Muk sits really far back and its hitbox is smaller than it looks like it should be. Have to lob the ball pretty far and hit a little above center.

Muk caught me off guard as well too. Fortunately I caught it with a straight great throw and razz berry. You'd probably want to adjust your throw (it was similar to catching Lapras pre-update, spin first then delay the throw so it doesn't curve as much and hopefully it will reach the distance as you throw it up semi-straight/ curve throw). Possibly use a golden razz if you need it. Maybe make sure you have gold medal for Poison pokes caught to up your chances. Good luck on catching it!

I caught muk already and i also noticed it being far with a small circle. I used a golden razz berry I received from previous raids and settled for "nice" throws since the circle was small and I had to lob the ball. Caught it on the 3rd try.

I don't know if I curved mine but I certainly hit it with a plain ol berry. Now I'm just missing unown!

Stopped throwing curveball, used a golden razzberry and a great straight throw.
