Nope, the pass is lost forever in the pockets of Niantic, like millions and millions a day. You have until the timer goes down to try to get it, if not the pass is lost.
If you have bad luck and no one is around, there will be no raid for you unless you buy more of them and go to other raids or wait to the next day.
In case you live in an area with low amount of players and you can't do raids because it will mean the lost of your passes I suggest you to do level 1, 2 and wait for external apps/websites that will tell you the people that is in the lobby. I don't care if people call me cheater, this is a huge flaw for me and as I feel tricked and laughed as a customer I am gonna use those apps for sure until Niantic decide to do the things right and let me see the lobby BEFORE using my pass (Probably won't ever happen, still waiting for a good tracker since they removed the 3 steps on the first month)
