How to spend 270k dust?
I'm level 33 and I have a serious lack of high quality attackers. I have one Dragon (DT/HB level 28) waiting for a tm, no Ttar, one level 20 Machamp with 2 steel moves. I haven't been able to do any raids because I've been out of town (no stops or gyms close). I'm thinking my meta at this point is raids and attacking. How should I power up my team? Here are the options (all at level 30 unless specified)
Dragonite DT/HB level 28
Gary DT/O 32.5
Vaporeon AT 34.5
Vaporeon HP 33.5 and 30
Flareon FS/O 33.5
Jolteon TS/TB 33.5
Exeggutor BS/So 33.5
Exeggutors ES/So, ZH/So, BS/P, ZH/P, C/Se
Rhydons RS/E, MS/E, RS/SE
Golem RT/SE
Double Ice Cloyster x4
Espeon C/PB, ZH/P
Umbreon FA/FP
Ursarings with every possible move set levels 28-30
Poliwrath B/DP level 28
A large collection of high level (28-30) eevolutions of all kinds and all move sets plus 7 high level Eevees with plenty of candy.
A few outside the box options that probably aren't worth mentioning.
I know I have some major holes, but what would you suggest I do with my saved dust?

IV's? None of the ones that are already over 30. I find I use my Exeggutors a LOT. Rhydon is overrated as an attacker and I'd save your candies for Rhyperior if you plan on playing through Gen 4 release. Cloysters are Dragon destroyers, but too fragile unless you get them to at least level 30. I'd never power up any of the first 3 eeveelutions, too common and you'll likely evolve a better one the second you start investing in one, but maybe the Espeons if they're under 30.
