Tyrogue?

Evolve whichever you need to complete your dex. Neither are very useful in the current metagame.
Hitmonlee with Close Combat can be a good ~2400 Snorlax counter.

Good luck with that. I tried ages ago with evolve trick and still have 3 hitmonchan and no others :(
